POSITION : LEASING SR EXEC/MANAGER
COMPANY’S BUSINESS :

RETAIL MALL

  REQUIREMENT :

Posses Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Development, or equivalent with min 3-5 years of working experience in the shopping mall environment or in similar capacity related field is required for this position. Good personality and interpersonal skills. To supervised or head and direct a team of leasing personnel.  Developing leasing strategies and marketing plans to capture the largest market share and ensure commercial viability of the retail leasing business.  To plan, organize, implement, monitor and enforce leasing budget and revenue targets.  Undertake market research on competition in term of latest products/brands, economic trends vis-ŕ-vis rental and related changes.  Work with real estate agents in leasing of space.  Negotiation and conclusion of new tenancies, renewals or termination of tenancies.  Recommend leasing terms & conditions and formalize offer letters and agreements.  Identify suitable trade mix, recruit and maintain tenants. To ensure that the requirements per tenancy agreement are fulfilled by tenant prior to trading commencement (cessation of trading upon lease expiry).

POSITION : OIL & GAS FEASIBILITY ANALYST

  REQUIREMENT :

A university degree with major course  in oil and gas, finance, and other related subjects; 3-5 years experience in analysis, feasibility reports and planning of oil and gas development projects; Feasibility report preparation compliant to financial institution standards. Knowledge of:  the oil and gas industry, current oil and gas practices, project and financial feasibility analysis and business plan.  Ability to: conduct detailed market, technical and financial analyses; interpret gathered data and make recommendations; and communicate well both orally and in writing. Under general supervision of the Managing Partners, the Feasibility Analyst works independently to provide the Managing Partners and managers with information critical to decision-making for proposed projects in the Oil and Gas industry.

  REQUIREMENT :

Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.  Minimum 3 years of logistics and warehouse management experience working for western multinational companies. Preference will be given to those from a US MNC background.  Source all direct materials, equipment and tooling.  Perform price negotiation with suppliers and conduct supplier survey and benchmarking.  Conduct value analysis of purchased parts.  Perform monthly and year end stock control for audit purpose.  Monitor purchasing planning in accordance to production requirement.  Perform the efficiency of stock control.  Plan and monitor the logistics coordination for route, sea and air shipments.  Ability to work with tight deadline.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Honesty, integrity, dedication, adheres to principles.  Strong analytical & negotiation skills.  Knowledge of processes surrounding shipments from booking to final delivery.  Understand the documents application process with the government departments or authority.  Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and internet.

POSITION : LOGISTIC CUM WAREHOUSE Exec/Senior

Construction Engineering Field

  REQUIREMENT :

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the similar field with 2 years strong exposure in the construction engineering industry.  Good MS Office and able to use Excel is a must.  Able to speak and write good English.  Able to work independently with minimum supervision.  Able to perform warehouse inventory transaction.  Able to solve problem and accommodate with odd hours if the need arise. To assist in day to day warehouse operation.  To prepare cargo for shipment.  Stock inventory control and material usage forecast.  Scheduling and planning on time deliveries.
